Is CBT therapy covered by my insurance?

Yes. Most extended health plans — including Sun Life, Manulife, Blue Cross, and GreenShield — cover sessions with our Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists.

Are sessions covered by OHIP?

No. Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP. However, most private and employer-extended health plans do cover sessions with our Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists.

How soon can I start?

Most clients book their first session within the same week. Start with a free 15-minute consultation.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. In-person sessions in Etobicoke and secure video sessions for clients anywhere in Ontario.

What happens in the first session?

We focus on understanding your situation, goals, and what kind of support would work best for you. No pressure to share more than you want.

How much does a session cost?

Individual sessions start at $160 per 50 minutes. Couples sessions start at $190. Pricing includes HST.
