Therapy in Toronto

Therapy for the pace of Toronto life.

Warm, culturally fluent psychotherapy for people carrying a lot — quietly. In-person in Etobicoke, a short drive from downtown. Virtual anywhere in the city. Individual, couples, family, and children's therapy, available weekdays and weekends.

About Toronto clients

We work with people navigating Toronto's particular pressures.

The city rewards ambition — and charges for it in quiet ways.

Many of our Toronto clients are high-functioning professionals who look fine on the outside and are running on depleted reserves on the inside. Long commutes. Jobs that never really end. Expectations — from family, from culture, from the version of themselves they thought they'd be by now. Anxiety that doesn't quite reach "disorder" territory but hums underneath everything.

Others are navigating the specific weight of being first- or second-generation in a city that prizes assimilation quietly and diversity loudly. The gap between those two things is where a lot of the work happens.

You don't need to fit a category. If it sounds familiar, reach out — a free consultation can help clarify whether therapy is the right next step.

Why Clear Moon Therapy

A small, carefully assembled practice.

Four things our Toronto clients consistently name when asked what made the difference.

01 Cultural fluency

Your context is the starting assumption.

Family patterns, cultural expectations, immigrant experience — not accommodations, not add-ons. The room is built for them.

02 Flexibility

Evening, weekend, and virtual-first.

Sessions run 9 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–3 p.m. on weekends. Virtual works from home, office, or a parked car.

03 Real expertise

Clinicians, not coaches.

Registered with OCSWSSW and CRPO. Trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, and trauma-informed approaches.

04 Honest about fit

If we're not right, we say so.

The free consult is where we figure it out. If our approach isn't the match, we'll point you toward a Toronto clinician who is.
