How it works
From first form to first session, in three steps.
A simple path in — no onboarding call is longer than 15 minutes, and nothing after this is charged until you're sure we're a fit.
Step one — New moon
Free Consultation
A short call to hear what's bringing you in and see if we're a good fit. Ask anything — no paperwork yet.
Step two — First quarter
Begin sessions
50-minute sessions, virtual or in Etobicoke. Evidence-based approaches — CBT, DBT, ACT — shaped around your goals.
Step three — Full moon
Steadier ground
Most clients find a weekly rhythm settles things. As the work integrates, sessions space out. Endings are planned, not ghosted.
