Her approach to therapy is trauma-informed, grounded, and collaborative. Japnam integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness-based, and attachment-focused therapies to help clients feel safer, better understand their experiences, and build effective coping strategies.

Yes. Trauma is a core focus — Japnam uses trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and EFT approaches to help clients feel safer and make sense of their experiences.
Yes — Japnam is currently accepting new clients across Ontario, with weekday and weekend availability.
Individual and children's (10+) sessions are $160 per 50 minutes; family sessions are $190. All fees include HST. Reduced-rate individual spots ($80) are available when you need them.
