How Nitya Sahni works

Evidence-based, and tailored to you.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Noticing the thought patterns and behaviours that keep you stuck, and building more workable ones — useful for anxiety, stress, and self-criticism.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Concrete skills for managing intense emotions, tolerating distress, and steadying your relationships.

Family systems

Looking at the whole family as a system — the roles, rules, and patterns — to shift what plays out between people, not just within them.
